UPDATE: NEW Performance #2: HOLD ME, HEAL ME

NEW SHOW UPDATE FROM THE BRAID: As our community continues to struggle with the aftermath of the fires and given continued turmoil in the world, we decided to change the theme of the second salon to be performed in March. Instead of Two Faiths, One Lovewe will refresh and reprise our inspiring show, HOLD ME, HEAL ME. This salon originally premiered in 2014 and offers powerful stories of how kindness heals us in our most broken moments. Updated with some new stories and a new cast, this show is a much needed balm for these times. We will reschedule Two Faiths, One Love for our next season.

HOLD ME, HEAL ME: In a world full of brokenness, these true Jewish stories of kindness will make you laugh, cry, and want to do good. Brought to life by professional actors, Hold Me, Heal Me is a curated collection of stories and songs from The Braid, the go-to Jewish story company. Audiences will be deeply moved by the tale of a sickly young boy befriended by a grandfatherly train-enthusiast. They’ll smile at an unexpected bonding between a Beverly Hills caller and a customer support worker worlds away. And they’ll be on the edge of their seats with a true story from the Los Angeles wildfires of two mysterious men who help protect the author’s house from the approaching fire. Plus many other stories and songs in what Broadway World calls “a bolt of hope and inspiration.”
