WELCOME TO SHULCLOUD

CTJ uses the online membership database – Shulcloud 

On Shulcloud you will now have the ability to update your personal information, add a photo, join CTJ, enroll in religious school pay bills and register for events.  Your credit card information is stored in an encrypted, PCI compliant payment gateway.  

Shulcloud is a powerful software which will make your life easier (after you get started).

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can always access the CTJ Shulcloud Membership Portal from the button above. If you haven’t logged in before click on “Login” in the upper right hand corner.  Type in your email and create your own unique password.

You can update your membership information at any time.  (Like if you move or get a new email address)

When you log in you’ll see “Tiles” that are just for your account.

 1) Renew Your Membership by clicking on this tile:

2)click on "Member Directory" Tile and search for your name. For renewing members, we've set up your directory settings to be the same as you requested in your membership forms from last year. You can edit the permissions of what is included  in this “Membership Directory” tile.  

3) click on "Edit My Directory Listing" Tile.   Upload a photo if you'd like. You can change your address or a phone number on the “Edit My Directory Listing” Tile

4) You will be able to see and access forms that apply to you on at ctjmb.shulcloud.com!
